Pressed By Toy specializes in handmade, made-to-order press-on nails. Each set is carefully designed and created by hand.

Because our products are handmade and customized, slight variations in color, shape, artwork, placement, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and should not be considered defects.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product images are intended to provide a representation of the finished product. Because each set is handmade, your finished set may have slight variations from the product photos.

3. CUSTOM ORDERS & DESIGN APPROVAL

Some Pressed By Toy products may be customized based on customer requests, inspiration photos, colors, shapes, lengths, or other design preferences.

When submitting an inspiration photo, please understand that the image serves as inspiration only and is not a guarantee that the finished set will be an exact replica.

Pressed By Toy maintains creative control over the final design, including artistic interpretation, placement of artwork, colors, embellishments, and other design elements.

By placing a custom order, you agree to allow Pressed By Toy to use its professional artistic judgment when creating your set.

Once a custom order has been accepted and production has begun, design changes may not be possible.

4. NAIL SIZING

Accurate sizing is the customer's responsibility.

Pressed By Toy strongly recommends purchasing and using a sizing kit before ordering a full set. Nail sizing can vary depending on the shape and length selected.

If you choose to provide your own measurements instead of purchasing a sizing kit, you are responsible for ensuring that the measurements provided are accurate.

Pressed By Toy is not responsible for incorrect sizing resulting from measurements provided by the customer.

If incorrect sizing is provided, the order will still be considered fulfilled according to the measurements submitted at the time of purchase.

Sizing kits are purchased separately and are not automatically included with full press-on nail sets unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

Pressed By Toy reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order when necessary, including in situations involving pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Purchasing a made-to-order product means you acknowledge that your order requires production time before it is shipped.

7. PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Orders generally require 5 to 7 business days for processing unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated by Pressed By Toy.

Pressed By Toy ships orders on designated shipping days. Processing time refers to the time required to create and prepare your order and does not include carrier transit time.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Pressed By Toy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Press-on nails are intended to be applied and removed according to the provided instructions. Customers should not force, pull, or improperly remove the nails.
