SHIPPING POLICY

At Pressed By Toy, every order is carefully handmade, prepared, and packaged with love. Because our nails are handmade and many orders are created specifically for each customer, please review the information below before placing your order.

Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment, suite, unit, or other necessary information.

Pressed By Toy is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to Pressed By Toy because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Processing Time

We know you're excited to receive your new nails, and we're just as excited to create them for you!

Because our press-on nails are handmade, processing time is necessary to create, quality-check, package, and prepare your order for shipment.

Ready-to-Ship / Premade Sets

Ready-to-ship and premade sets are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Sets

Custom and made-to-order sets require additional time because each set is individually created.

Please allow 7 to 21 business days for processing.

Processing time begins once your order has been received and all required order information, including sizing information and customization details, has been provided.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

If you need your nails by a specific date, please plan accordingly. We strongly recommend placing custom orders at least 4 to 5 weeks before your desired wear date, and earlier whenever possible.

Please do not place an order based on the assumption that expedited shipping will shorten the processing time.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Transit Time

Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has been handed over to USPS, the shipping carrier's transit time begins.

Available U.S. shipping options may include:

Standard Shipping: Estimated 3 to 5 business days

Priority Shipping: Estimated 2 to 3 business days

Transit times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Please note that selecting Priority Shipping does not reduce the 7 to 21 business day processing time for custom or made-to-order sets. Your order must first be completed before it can be shipped.

Estimated Total Time

For a custom or made-to-order set, please allow:

7 to 21 business days processing + shipping transit time

For example, a custom order using Standard Shipping may require approximately 10 to 26 business days total from order placement to delivery, depending on when your order is completed and USPS transit time.

Weekends, holidays, and unexpected carrier delays may extend the delivery timeframe.

Shipping Delays

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:

• USPS delays

• Severe weather

• Holidays

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• High-volume shipping periods

• Lost or delayed packages

• Other unforeseen circumstances

Pressed By Toy is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please use the tracking number provided to monitor your package's progress and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived, or your tracking information indicates that it was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first verify that the shipping address on your order was correct.

If the address was correct, we recommend contacting your local USPS office as soon as possible. USPS may be able to provide additional information regarding the location or delivery of your package.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of Pressed By Toy's control. Pressed By Toy is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or mis-delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking information and contact USPS directly regarding carrier-related delivery issues.

Important Reminder

Before placing your order, please consider both processing time and shipping transit time when determining when you need your nails.

Pressed By Toy creates each order with care and attention to detail. Our processing window allows us the time needed to produce your nails to the quality and standard you expect.
