We want your Pressed By Toy experience to be as smooth as your fresh set. 💅🏽

Before placing your order, please review these important things to know about our handmade press-on nails.

Sizing

Accurate sizing is the customer's responsibility.

For the most accurate fit, we strongly recommend purchasing a Sizing Kit that matches the exact nail shape and length you plan to order.

Sizing may vary between different shapes and lengths.

If you choose to submit your own measurements or nail sizes, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.

Pressed By Toy is not responsible for incorrect sizing provided or selected by the customer. Incorrect sizing does not qualify for a refund, return, exchange, or remake.

Handmade Means Unique

Every Pressed By Toy set is handmade.

Because your nails are created by hand, slight variations in artwork, color, design placement, embellishments, and other details may occur.

These variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Inspiration Photos

We love inspiration!

However, inspiration photos are used as a creative reference only. We do not guarantee exact replicas of another artist's work.

Your finished set will be a Pressed By Toy interpretation based on your inspiration, selected preferences, available materials, and our artistic style.

Full Creative Control Sets

When purchasing or receiving a Full Creative Control set, you're giving Toy complete artistic freedom to create your nails.

This may include creative control over the:

• Length
• Shape
• Colors
• Nail art
• Embellishments
• Design placement
• Finishes
• Overall creative direction

Full Creative Control sets are intentionally designed as a surprise and do not include design approval unless otherwise stated.

Personal dislike of the final creative choices does not qualify the set for a remake, return, exchange, or refund.

Your nail sizing is not part of creative control. Your set will still be created according to the sizing information you provide.

Processing Time

Beautiful work takes time. 🤍

Ready-to-Ship / Premade Sets: Typically processed within 3 business days.

Custom & Made-to-Order Sets: Please allow 7 to 21 business days for processing.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Selecting Priority Shipping does not speed up the creation of your nails.

If you need your nails for a specific event or date, please order well in advance. We recommend ordering custom sets at least 4 to 6 weeks before your desired wear date.

Rushed Processing: Need your order sooner? Rushed processing is available for an additional $25 fee, added at checkout. With rushed processing, your order will be prioritized and completed within 5 to 10 business days. Rushed processing is subject to availability and does not guarantee a specific delivery date, as shipping transit time is separate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please carefully review your order before submitting it.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect customer-provided sizing
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selections made by the customer
• Personal design preferences
• Full Creative Control design choices
• Normal handmade variations

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once your package has been handed over to USPS, carrier transit time begins. Shipping estimates do not include processing time.

Pressed By Toy is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or packages delivered incorrectly by USPS.

Application, Wear & Removal

Wear time varies based on nail preparation, application method, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Pressed By Toy is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, wear, or removal.

Always follow the application and removal instructions provided with your order.
